The Wine and Beverage Institute at the University of South Carolina is pleased to offer several courses designed to appeal to the wine enthusiast, wine hobbyist, and wine professional. Five wine courses have been developed to appeal to those interested in wine at all levels. Each course meets one night per week for four consecutive weeks. While the program is designed to offer a University of South Carolina certificate upon completion of all five courses, each individual course is taught as a stand alone unit so that interested participants can choose to enroll in all or some of the courses offered. Each course offers extensive tasting. |

The McCutchen House All classes are taught at the McCutchen House. Previously furnished to be the faculty house of the University of South Carolina, the McCutchen house provides an intimate, relaxed atmosphere in which to conduct classes.
