Wine study through flavor
mapping. In four class sessions this course follows wine from the
vineyard to the winery, discusses wine components, and wine labeling.
Students will learn to identify nuances that differentiate various white

Explore the new world model
for wines. In four class sessions students will discover wines from the
United States, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South
Africa. The focus of this course is on signature styles and flavors.

Tour the classic wine regions throughout
Europe. In four class sessions this course will teach students to compare styles
of classic varieties and venture off the beaten path to discover grape varieties

Food, Wine, and Entertainment
This course is a study in
flavors and classic food and wine pairing. In four class sessions
the focus is on wines for all occasions and “wine loving” foods. Learn
to decode a label to determine how a wine will taste with food. Table

Advanced Old World Wines*
Focusing on two of France's major
wine regions, this course will provide an in depth exploration of
Burgundy and Bordeaux. Food and wine pairings are included. It is
recommended that students have completed the Old World Wine course, or
have prior old world wine knowledge. Advanced Old World Wines will meet
for four class sessions. Cost: $250.00. Dates of Class: Mar. 14 - Apr.

The Brewmasters' Table*
This course will explore
brewing traditions. In four class sessions students will learn how beer
is made as well as classic brew styles and unique specialties from
around the world. This course will study the principles of matching beer
with food and will focus on beers for all occasions. Cost: $179.00.

Spirits basics. Learn what
every bartender knows about preparing and serving perfect cocktails. In
five class sessions students will learn classic cocktails as well as new
